IcelandChronicles.com was established in March 2010 as an informative blog about Iceland and all things Icelandic. The blog is written and maintained by the mighty Harry & the owl named Pu, partners in crime and expats coming from the sunny and sultry central regions of the Italian Peninsula, from which they had planned an escape for a long time due to a not very encouraging situation. But that’s another story.

And now a few words about the above-mentioned duo.

Pu

Also going under the name of Owl or Pu the Owl, or under many other appellations, she’s the average nobody, the forgettable face in the crowd, and the lazy slacker nobody would want as a partner under any circumstance. She’s at the moment employed by the MagnetiCat team as graphic designer. She also worked for a gaming site with Harry at the same time as editor and community administrator. Her main activities include reading books nobody cares about, gulping down fancy alcoholic beverages and harassing fleecy critters, especially if they are cute and pointy-eared. She hates social gatherings and spiders. It’s also been reported she’s gone half-deaf listening to Animal Collective. Pu’s professional photography portfolio can be found at Manic Owl Works.
